Terms and Conditions for Online Raffle

1. Organiser: The organiser of the competition is 777tabletennis. The implementation of the competition is carried out by the organiser.
2. Eligibility: All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation in this competition is only possible in accordance with these conditions of participation. By registering in accordance with point 3 of these conditions of participation, the participant accepts these conditions of participation without restriction.
3. Competitions Offered:
   • Predictions, Votings, Surveys and Quizzes

   If several participants achieve the same number of points or make the same correct prediction, the winner will be drawn by lot. If none of the participants guesses a result correctly, the draw will be made among all participants.

4. Winner Notification: The drawing of the winners will take place directly after the event. The winners will be notified by email by 12 noon on the following day at the latest. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address data.
5. Exclusions: Participation via competition clubs or commercial service providers is excluded. Participants suspected of manipulation or providing false information may be excluded. There is no entitlement to further entries or to a prize if disqualified.
6. No Purchase Necessary: Participation is not dependent on purchasing products from the organiser.
7. Prize: The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. If an incorrect email is provided, entitlement to the prize lapses.
8. Transfer of Prize: The winner may give away the prize but may not sell it. If sold, the organiser may reclaim the prize and exclude the participant from future competitions.
9. Forfeiture: If the winner does not accept the prize or provides incorrect details, the claim is forfeited and the next eligible person wins.
10. Suspension: The organiser reserves the right to suspend the competition if necessary.
11. Amendments: The organiser may amend these terms without prior notice, except the data protection regulations.
12. Cancellation: The organiser may cancel or replace the prize if necessary.
13. Competition Contract: By submitting the form, a contract is formed with the organiser including consent to receive newsletters and behavioural analysis.

We process your data under the competition contract. Email addresses are used to prevent multiple entries and notify winners. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Data will be deleted after the campaign.

We process name, title, address, and contact details only to handle the prize. Data is deleted after tax and commercial retention periods expire. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

With your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR), we send newsletters and analyse behaviours for marketing purposes. You can revoke consent at any time.

Data may be passed to service providers bound by data protection laws. Without mandatory data, participation is not possible.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint as per Articles 13 ff. and 77 GDPR.

Severability:

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a suitable legal alternative.
